Will Ho-Ho 2.0 have a better run in Bengaluru?

BANGALORE

BMTC revived its Bangalore tourism bus service on Friday under the rebranded ‘Bangalore Rounds Hop On Hop Off’.

Starting with seven air-conditioned buses that will start from seven points across the city on a daily basis, this service is targeted at Bangaloreans and newbies to the city to help them explore popular locations. It’s a day tour and reasonably priced.

Transport minister R Ramalinga Reddy said this is a trial run and will be regularized based on its popularity. “As summer vacations and admissions to colleges are still on, we expect the service to be widely used. Sticking to the schedule is the biggest challenge of the sightseeing service,” he said.
