New technology for better travel experience

Emirates’ Knowledge-driven Inflight Service (KIS) System, one of the initiatives under the airline’s drive to harness technology, offers personalised service to passengers.

The KIS system and tablet, which was developed by Emirates’ Group IT, enables the cabin crew to operate with greater efficiency and provide better services.

The technology places flight, staff, and passenger-related information in the hands of Emirates’ Cabin Crew. This enables the team on board to respond in a dynamic manner to operational and customer needs and deliver improved services.
