Mumbai airport’s main runway to be shut till Feb 17 from 10 am-5 pm

MUMBAI: Flyers travelling in and out of Mumbai Airport will now face delays until February 17 between 10 am and 5 pm for maintenance work on the main runway.

Due to the work, several flights were delayed by 30 minutes on Thursday, reports DNA.

During this period, the secondary runway will be used for take-off and landings. However, the capacity of the secondary runway is far less when compared to the primary runway due to which several flights will be delayed.
