DELHI: The government on Monday decided to reduce the number of days of flying restrictions to 7 days from the earlier 9 days.
The Delhi airport had announced closure of airport for 1 hour 45 minutes for nine days starting January 18, 2018, reports The Economic Times.
The airport had called a meeting of airlines on Monday to discuss the matter and it has decided to not shut the airport on January 19, and January 25, 2018.
This, however, would not address the problem of flight cancellations during the period.
