Drukair, Andal airport sign MoU

Drukair, the Royal Bhutan Airlines, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andal airport authorities to use their aviation facilities (technical stoppage or refuelling) in Burdwan district of West Bengal.

Drukair is the national airline of Bhutan, headquartered in the western Dzongkhag of Paro.

The MoU was singed on the second and final day of Bengal Global Business Summit in the city.

Under the agreement the Bhutan national airlines can use Andal airport for technical support like to re-fill fuel and land in case of technical assistance, reports UNI.

Drukair will also examine feasibility to start service between Andal and Paro (Bhutan).
