The casual labours of Tourism department who have been disengaged from their service, will go on a 15-day hunger strike from June 27.
The hunger strike will be observed under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Department Casual Union, a statement issued by the union here said.
“Government has failed to pay heed to our demand for reengagement. So we have decided to go for a 15-day hunger strike at Tourism Directorate office here,” it said.
