The New Year’s Eve bashes might be over, but the city is ready to rock till the end of the month. A series of parties, special events and musical nights are lined up across hotels, clubs and nightspots to keep revellers in high spirits. Some of them, in fact, promise to be even bigger than the 31st night events. So, don’t put away your dancing shoes just as yet.
Fashion designer Indroneel Mukherjee is looking ahead to a “long, swinging month”. A regular party-goer, he says January is no longer a drab month it used to be. “Earlier, people would take a break after partying hard for a week. Now, they conserve energy to party more,” said Mukherjee.
