SC relief for Zutshi in Jal Mahal case


The Supreme Court on Monday, June 10 stayed the non-bailable warrant pending against deputy election commissioner Vinod Zutshi issued by a Jaipur district magistrate for his alleged role in leasing out the Jal Mahal land to a private company. 

The bench of Justice Gyan Sudha Misra and Justice Madan B Lokur stayed the arrest warrant against Zutshi and RAS officer Hridayesh Kumar Sharma.
