INDORE: With Global Investors Summit 2016 going on in the city, there has been an increase in movement of non-scheduled or chartered flights at the airport.
The officials said that the airport has so far witnessed 29 arrivals and 29 departures of non-scheduled flights.
On October 21, 15 non-scheduled flights arrived at the airport, out of which 10 returned in the night and five stayed back.
On Saturday, when Reliance Group Chairman Anil Ambani arrived in the city, 14 non-scheduled flights arrived and 19 departures took place.
Airport director Manoj Chansoria, while confirming the increase in movement of non-scheduled flights, said that though the movement of regular flights has not been affected so far, their schedules were staggered throughout the day.
