Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority has appointed Heavens Portfolio as its Representative in India, Hong Kong and China, effective from March 1, 2014. The company will be responsible for promoting the destination in these markets, as per a release. Heavens Portfolio will be instrumental in positioning the emirate in the region, leveraging the distinctive offering to coordinate joint initiatives with key travel trade, media and industry partners.
