The monsoon has unleashed its magic in picturesque Koraput hinterland. The first showers, which lashed Koraput district on Sunday, not only provided relief to residents from sweltering heat but also unlocked the virgin beauty of the tribal-dominated district.
The thickly forested district dotted with hilly terrains and huge water bodies has transformed itself in tune with the monsoon. With blowing of crispy and cool breeze and clouds shuttling from one mountain to another, the rain has lent a fresh look to the southern district, endowed with verdant scenery.
