Prepaid camel safari at Sam from October 15

To provide better security and facilities to tourists at the Sam sand dunes, the district administration and police force have rolled up their sleeves and by October 15, the visitors will be able to enjoy prepaid camel safari. All the camel riders will be in dress code and will carry ID cards, reports The Times of India.

The entire Sam area is being fenced and CCTV cameras are being installed so that lapkas could be controlled. Besides, police have given strict directions to take ID cards and other important information of tourists residing in Sam resorts. In this regard, a meeting chaired by district collector Vishwamohan Sharma was held at the collectorate. tnn

SP Rajiv Pachar, SDM Jai Singh including other officers were present in the meeting in which Sharma said that administration’s intention is that people coming to Sam get the best facilities so that they take back a good image about the place. He added that soon in the presence of all district level officers, a cleanliness drive will be launched at Sam.
