A programme of devotional music will be organised next week at Nepal’s famous Pashupatinath temple to promote tourism and popularise the 5th century Hindu shrine among international visitors.
The programme on Wednesday is being organised under the banner of “Pashupati Sangeet Sandhya” and will feature prominent artists from Nepal and India.
Pashupatinath Temple, which is situated at the bank of Bagmati river in Kathmandu, attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year from both Nepal and India. The temple is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list.
