Jindal Hotels said it has entered into an agreement with global hospitality major Accor to strengthen its marketing network.
As an integral part of business strategy and brand development, the company has entered into a management and marketing agreement with Accor group of Hotels to increase the company’s business prospects and strengthen marketing network, Jindal Hotels said in a filing to BSE.
The domestic hospitality firm, however, did not give any financial details of the pact.
Accor is a leading global hotel operator and market leader in Europe, is present in 92 countries with more than 3,500 hotels and 450,000 rooms.
