IRCTC, Ramoji film city join hands

HYDERABAD
Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) have joined hands to ensure more tourist visit Andhra Pradesh.

The two will offer services like rail tour packages, charter coaches and customised packages to domestic and international tourists. While IRCTC will meet rail-based requirements, Ramoji Film City will bring in its local understanding manage logistics and customise sightseeing experiences.

Smita Rawat, group general manager of IRCTC said that, “The tie-up will allow us to extend not only our packaged services but also market our offerings more widely.” Ch. Vijayeswari, managing director of Ramoji Film City said, “We realised that the inherent strengths of both organisations would bring about advantages of convenience, cost and customisation for the customer. In turn, tourism in state will receive a big boost.”
