AHMEDABAD
The passengers getting down at international terminal at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport and wanting to catch a local flight at domestic terminal will now not have to hire a cab or call relatives as the inter terminus link (ITL) at the city airport is soon going to be functional.
ITL had been lying unused for the last three years due to negligible passengers in transit. Following a request by private airline Spicejet, Airports Authority of India (AAI) has decided to begin the operations of ITL for public use. It consists of a walkalator, lift and air conditioners.
