India’s 10 best fine dining restaurants

If you are the sorts who believe in food being the end to ‘travel’ or just that one must eat the best food in the most stylish settings whenever possible, then this Indian restaurant list, a part of “Traveller’s Choice” awards by travel portal TripAdvisor for India’s 10 best fine-dine restaurants is something you need to follow.

On the list, chef Manish Mehrotra’s Indian Accent continued to reign on the no 1 spot in the Indian ‘Fine Dining’ list. Zorawar Kalra’s Farzi Café in Gurgaon made an entrance on the list at the 10th position. The other awardees included old favourite Bukhara at New Delhi and Peshawri at ITC Maratha in Mumbai.

Three Indian restaurants also won an award at the Asia level. These were Indian Accent, New Delhi(#13); Villa Maya, Trivandrum (#15) and Peshawari, Mumbai (#25).

Overall, this year’s awards recognizes 528 restaurants. Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews for restaurants around the world, gathered over a 12-month period.
