InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) today announced the expansion of its footprint into Punjab with the opening of the 145-room Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue.
The hotel is the seventh Holiday Inn hotel in the country and the first in Punjab, a press release from the company said here today.
The hotel is located in the centre of Amritsar’s premier commercial district, Ranjit Avenue.
The famous Golden Temple is located a short distance away and Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport and railway station are within a 15-minute drive from the hotel, the release said.
