Dhantoli police have arrested Sanjay Gupta, owner of a luxurious hotel on WHC road at Aath Rasta Square in Laxmi Nagar, in Nagpur for allegedly cheating complainant Sameer Tripathi of Rs79 lakh. The fraud case was registered on May 17.
Tripathi had initially reported the matter to the district court. On the court’s order, police registered a fraud case against Gupta, his father Gulabchand and another partner Dinesh Chandak.
