The 11th edition of Hero MTB Himalaya being organised by Himalayan Adventure Sports and Tourism Promotion Association (HASTPA) would be flagged off on September 27, reports Times of India.
Top ranked cyclists from around the world, representing over 15 countries, would be participating in Hero MTB Himalaya, India’s most challenging cycling extravaganza. The race will be flagged off on September 27 from the Ridge at Shimla and conclude at the same place on October 4, an official spokesman said.
HASTPA will organise this event with the administrative support from Tourism and Civil Aviation Department, Himachal Pradesh in coordination with other departments.
He said that the race is scheduled to pass through, Shimla to Gadakuffer, Kegsu, Kullu, Sarahan, Jalori Pass, Gada Gushaini, Luhri, Gadakuffer and back to Shimla on October 3.
