IDFC capital CEO, Tapasjie Mishra finds himself in the midst of a sexual abuse case filed by a former airhostess. In an FIR filed with the Vasant Kunj police station in Delhi, the woman has alleged Mishra had sexual relations with her for the last 3 years while promising to marry her.The woman has accused Mishra of backtracking on his commitment and physically torturing her.
While Mishra approached a delhi court for a anticipatory bail, the court has rejected the plea on the grounds that custodial interrogation of the accused was required for investigating the allegations of mental and physical torture.
