China’s Shandong Airlines flies to India

KUNMING

Commencing on 11 November, the airline will fly direct between Delhi and Kunming, the capital of southwest China’s Yunnan province.

The new service will run four times a week (Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays), with the Monday and Friday flights continuing onwards between Kunming and Jinan – the capital of Shandong province and Shandong Airlines’ home base, reports Travel Daily India.

And later this month the airline will further expand its international route map with the launch of a new route connecting Jinan with Phuket. Flights will run six times a week (every day except Saturday), and the route will include a stop in Changsha, the capital of China’s Hunan province.

The airline will deploy a Boeing 737 aircraft on both new routes.
