KOCHI
Kochi-Muziris Biennale, a contemporary arts event held in Kochi from December 2012 to March 2013, has won its curators the Conde Nast Traveller award for promoting cultural tourism.
The biennale’s curators Riyaz Komu and Bose Krishnamachari, renowned painters, received the award at a ceremony in New Delhi on Thursday.
The two were praised for their `pioneering efforts in founding the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
