APTDC to woo tourists from Karnataka

Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) Chairperson Chandana Khan on Saturday said, “Karnataka has emerged as an important market for the tourism industry in the country due to the inclination of the people towards travel and leisure.”

After participating in a road show organised here by the APTDC, Khan said, “The people of the state have higher disposable income and a penchant for travelling. Therefore, the APTDC is making all out efforts to woo the tourists to Andhra Pradesh by entering into tie-ups with the tour operators and conducting such promotional events.”
