Air services to Deoghar launched


RANCHI
Air service for Deoghar from Ranchi was launched on Sunday, July 28. The first flight carrying nine devotees was flagged off from Birsa Munda airport at 10am by chief minister Hemant Soren.

Soren said, “This flight is a milestone for tourism in Jharkhand. I am expecting it to be as popular as our aerial tour of Deoghar where people can enjoy an aerial tour of the city simply by paying Rs 900.”

The air service from Ranchi to Deoghar, which has been started with the joint efforts of the Federation of the Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI), will be available on July 29, 30 and 31.
